Am I missing something here or do all the landlords send each other your brews?
Social brew sharing seems to have become a big thing over the last 6 months. I think everyone has got fed up of criticising their own brews and gone looking for someone else to say how bad it really is.

You joined the forum at a fragile time in its existence, teetering on the edge of self-validation and in danger of imploding into a black hole implosion of grainfathers.

We just need a few Greenalls pubs and Wetherspoons to open back up for the afflicted to get their home-brewing back into perspective. 😉

Same again please barman.

Really happy with how this is developing - kegged last Saturday

Will get some bottles filled and sent out next week.

First of @Donegal john beers. Zeus IPA with Chinook magnum and Zeus hops. Poured of the keg, clarity is excellent. Nice light carbonation, amber colour.
Light hop aroma of pine and citrus. Sweet malt.
Flavour very similar, sweet malt, nice level of bitterness. Nice balance of hops
Good job, this is different to what I would normally make. I really enjoyed it, very easy to drink .
Good to meet you today 👍👍

I thought carbonation would suffer a bit as it is a bit over carbed in the keg and I had to fill and leave settle 3 times before I got a full bottle. A bit too much cara Munich in it I thought. First time using it in an ipa

Next up @Donegal john stout weighing in at 5.6%.
This is really nice, it ticks all the boxes for me. You did warn me the bitterness was high but I don't think it takes much away from it.
Lovely carbonation and mouth feel. This is spot on.

Garden visit with my Son, his wife and my grandson today. First time ive seen them all since before the last lock down and found out I’m to become a grandad yet again in November. Excellent news apart from the prospect of even more expense at Christmas and birthdays :)
Anyway, what better way to celebrate than with one of the three bottles of these he got for me last Christmas. Cheers.

Love a Fullers Vintage, got one in the garage and hopefully brewed another 40 pints myself that are similar. 🤞

It’s lovely. Dying to find out how yours turns out 😋

This has inspired me to change my brew plans for tomorrow as well. I was planning an Irish Red Ale but have instead just measured out the malt ready to go tomorrow morning with a version of Graham Wheelers Old Ale. 🤞

That one was only brewed on the 13/03 so not long bottled it’s already changed in the keg. I have another bottle here that I will keep for a few more weeks and throw it out to you to see how it mellows.
opening your black ipa now after finishing your Munich amber which was again very nice if I had bought it I would have been happy when it’s free it’s even better.
