Enjoying @Leon103 first whilst doing some recipe research.

Aroma is initially coffee followed by the first time I've actually got any coconut from Sabro :hat:

Flavour is slightly sweet dark toffee with enough bitterness to keep it nicely drinkable.

Silky smooth and clean as a whistle.

Roosters Yankee hopped with Cascade, ABV at 4.8%. First brew I've put in a pressure barrel for at least 2 years but following HB's advice. Carbonated well, cleared well but a very slight musty taste which I can live with but another deep clean when finished.
Edit I'm going to have another.
