On a plus note I've had a crate shuffle (oooeeer!) in the brew shed and unearthed another 20 bottles of my Tribute #3 clone! I thought I'd nearly drank it all !

Nice carbonation, beautiful dark honey colour, crystal clear.

The aroma coming from the glass is gorgeous so forgive me, I’m signing off for a few minutes while I enjoy this

I'm on my second beer out of 10 so far which is silly old sod. Both beers so far have been very good so far. It will be stiff competition if it continues

Ice cold European Pilsener to go with tonight's chilli.

Brewed with M84 Bohemian lager yeast, bottled beginning of November then stored outside so well chilled !

Couple of Jaipurs whilst cooking, an excellent bottle of white Rhone with the food, now on my Porter which is absolutely lovely. The initital sweetness has softened over 2-3 weeks and served cool it is actually very bright and crisp. Only 4 and a bit % too. Might have to have another.

The rituel was also good the radieuse better than the bottom 3 IMO. The nectar a bit too sugary for me.

I got a couple of bottles of Radeuse from ‘House of the trembling madness’ a great bar and beer shop on York in 2019. Still got one left I’m scared to have it , cos it’s my last one, lol.
Leffe beers are one of my favourite’s Blond for me. Agree the Ruby and Nectar are shocking though too sweet.

Trying out my Christmas chocolate stout. Still no head, and I still don't really like it.

Trying my sweet stout before sending some off. I bottled the last four pints to free up the keg. Not much head on this pint because I poured it carefully but if you swirl the pint it does form a head quite readily.

Another beer whilst I wait for my first runnings to boil down to a syrup... It's taking forever!

Anyway my Vienna IPA, it's conditioning well. I'll have to send one off tomorrow for the competition
