This lot! Only joking! I'm having a clear out and found these in the depths of the brew shed...a Cali common from a few years ago...I knew they were infected, just thought I'd crack them open for a laugh...they smell ok. I don't think I'll taste...

Coffee Porter for me after gardening. Think this is my favourite brew so far. Clone kit from MM of Elusive’s-Spell Binder. Going down rather nicely.🍻

GH Bière de Garde

Was bottling this today so decided to have a quick sample, first thought where it’s a Sasion (I have probably not had enough of this style to be able to say what defines the style).

Taste wise it is very dry (came down to 1.002) with a nice peppery flavour to it. Hopefully after a month or so to condition in the bottle it will make for a nice Summer beer.

Finally managed to get my first brew of 2021 on today. A St Peters cream stout kit tweaked with 3.5l of cafetiere coffee, 350g lactose and a 100g of 90% chocolate. Omitted the packet of hops.
Celebrating with the third last bottle of my previous St Peters cream stout kit.

A cascade chinook pale brewed with verdant ipa yeast that is taking for ever to taste right. Needs another week which is a shame cause I’ve very little left in the other kegs.
