I added the Brett at bottling in each individual bottle. It was around 2-3ml per bottle of the dregs. I think the gravity at bottling was 1.005.

Did you add priming sugar as well or let the Brett carbonate the beer

I did add priming sugar aiming for around 2.5 volumes, hoping that the Brett wouldn't take it over 3 volumes ish.

Got three samples from E1 Brew Co. on Saturday

Trying the CBD Lager out tonight. It was actually really good. Honey malt aroma. Clean, crisp and crystal clear like a lager should be. It's got an earthy aftertaste from the CBD

This is good simply Yorkshire or a red ale I got in wilko I got them mixed up (must start marking fv’s ) it’s really smooth and just the right of bitterness

Or hasn’t it made much difference, only asking because I’m yet to brew it, planning to do in March, and whether to implement the changes you made or not.. and have been wanting to ask if this beer is best drunk young or will it keep for a few months and just get better. It’s really a little early to be sure but the most recent changes haven’t made it worse. The sweet-spot is probably 2-6 weeks because before 2 weeks it hasn’t had time to condition and after 6 weeks the hops will start to fade a little. It is nice though from day 1 and still nice 3 months later, just not as bright on the hop front.
