From Fuzzy Growler...

Gimme that C.V. - 4.5%

Aroma - Lemon, candy floss & Grapefruit
Taste - Lemon & grapefruit
After taste - mild licorice & sherbet.

A clean easy drinking beer which I enjoyed as much as the duopolis I had before it. Definitely my kind of a session beer. Keep up the good work FG. athumb..

That is undoubtedly the best beer advent calander I've seen :hat:

It's not for the faint hearted but I've really enjoyed the variety and new (to me) breweries. I'd never heard of Dot before but will look out for them now.
I'll definitely keep my tenner a month Honest Brew subscription going to pay for next year's advent 👍

Thanks d.o.j glad you liked it, it's definitely one I'll brew again

Tropical Stout just finishing off in King Keg, 9.1% ABV and a very interesting beer. Quite pleased with it, but brain struggles to reconcile fruity hoppiness and Belgian esters with the roasted malts and large body of the stout.

Tonight I turned on the taps for my Belgian Saison and my Belgian Tripel.

My wife tasted the Tripel and she likes it - I did not expect that! It is nice if I say so myself, even at just 6 days old. My face feels warm already 🥴.

I’ve turned the carbonation down a tad since taking this picture but I might just turn it back up after tasting the beer 😂

When I started brewing this year a wise person told me to keep a bottle or two from each batch to one side. I've also been passing that info on when I reply to a new brewer.

This is from my third brew, almost seven months in the bottle. It has a little more funk in the bottom than my more recent brews but it's damn nice all the same.

It's a Cooper's 86 Days with some bonus malt wheaties, maybe that's what the floaters are but I have a mini sieve to combat that. Cheers.
