I would happily share it Clint but some were during the brew i cocked up i don't know were, it was my first stove top 15L finished up with 19 500ml bottles, i will say when you have 3 you know you have had a drink but its so good and easy to drink

First up is Kloster Brauerei Scheyern Klosterbier Dunkel which is a Monastery beer in a Munich dunkel style, but made in Stammburg which is close to Dusseldorf. Very nice malty brew, but darker than I was expecting.

Well you could defo do a ruby ale with Magnum and EKG, although personally i've not had very good results with EKG. Wychwood says Hobgoblin is Styrian Goldings and Fuggles.

Just having a punk IPA before doing an online murder mystery evening

Had a couple of cans of punk tonight. Has Brewdog changed the recipe or have I just been spoilt with all the overly hoppy brews going around nowadays? I remember it being much hoppier.

Fuller's 1845. Very nice, quite strong and sweet. Currently £1.50 at waitrose so had to really.

The yeast got a bit disturbed as I'd just had it delivered with the shopping and couldn't wait.

A St Peters Gatekeeper Golden Ale, I was hesitant about this one as I couldn't drink their plum porter, I thought it was absolutely foul

I rather like their plum porter, though not as good as the Titanic plum porter as far as the plum flavour.

I'm enjoying a pint or three of my Nelson and Cascade ale:

It's been about a month in the keg now and the flavours are coming together nicely. I haven't used cascade in a while and it's a bit like seeing an old friend again with the grapefruit notes being so reminiscent of the first APAs that arrived over here in the UK. Nelson Sauvin is what it is and you know if you like it or not. I certainly do and it's a great match for Cascade.

Love 1845! Classic English beer! I wish Fullers hadn't changed their bottles though. Used to love their big chunky bottles. Great for homebrew. They lasted forever!
