Well...I returned keg to brew shed and noticed a couple of #2 Tribute stragglers....#3 is definitely better! But they won't go to waste..
...and another thing! It's no good running radiator pipes in the back bedroom whilst supping ale!
I was worried you might spill it...It was pipes through their en-suite to a new shower - so perfectly acceptable to be drinking ale? No leaks so I call that a win!
Take no prisoners!!More Citra Pale. I need space for one more fermentation bucket so the Citra Pale is going down.

I'd keep that recipe and what it is all to yourself...For me this is a huge high I made this ok it’s a cock up, it is a wonderful creation and shows me what I can do if I try harder and take it a bit more serious, and the bonus is I made it in a 21L stock pot on the stove when you here a chef say I wish they had smelly vision I wish they had taste internet I know what they mean View attachment 36044it doesn’t look much but the taste is off the chart
I have found myself enjoying the Brooklyn Amber Lager recently. Planning on brewing a Czech Amber Lager in December so it's definitely a trend for me. Although I like all Czech Lagers.
