First taste of the stove top I did, this will be a mighty fine ale it’s a really deep red colour roasty with a malty back bone, only been in bottles 2 days and it’s carved enough for me think I may have over done it 58g batch prime in 19 bottles 500ml

Busy night brewing a hazy IPA & bottling my Belgian IPA. Still time to try @dave_77 Saison.
Pours a nice golden straw with medium carbonation. Peppery on the nose with light citrus. Great taste from the yeast I would be interested to see which one you used. Again spicy very light citrus with a slight alcohol. Nice dry finish.

Tomorrow is stout experiment day you can just see the tin of wilko velvet in the above pic, i have 1kg of medium dme and 500g of moscavado dark sugar to chuck in and a secret weapon
