I've got an Imperial Stout bubbling away since yesterday.

Supposed to be 6 month conditioning.

Doubt I can wait 6 days. It will be quite the challenge...

On a bottle of Bateman's 2013 Vintage ale. Very nice, perhaps slight oxidation? Makes me want to brew a vintage KKKK or something and put a few bottles down for keeping.

1.05kg Maris Otter
110g crystal malt (60l)
110g chocolate malt
50g oats

6g Chinook @60mins (strongest AA I had at the time)
10g Hallertau Hersbrucker @5mins

25g cacao nibs in the mash
25g cacao nibs soaked in 50ml rum (diplomatica) added to secondary vessel

Mangrove Jack's US West Coast yeast

OG 1.061 FG 1.011 36IBUs

I did a previous one with coffee in aswell but it gave me the jitters

Someone else posted about it, it's a great shame as it will be online only in no time at all, my nearest is over 40mls away now.
