Me and the wifey like to get up early and seize the day so we're up around 5:30-6am most days even after a decent session. Tomorrow I'll be at the top of hill/fell for 7:30

As the end of Week 13 of working from home in the brew cave rolls into view, I have started with a taster of my recent Patersbier which underwent torrid fluctuations in fermentation temperature. Not a fan, not sure I really like Belgian yeasts that much. Going to give this quite a bit more carb and serve it much colder next time. Also still needs time to clear a bit

In the distant past you could go to a building which sold a wide range of beer dispensed via a beer engine into a glass, one of my favourites was Butty Bach a 4.5% ale, which are now delivering in 5 L mini kegs.

Racer 5 IPA clone. The original is supposed to be amazing. Mine isn't. Was very unhappy with it but after a couple of weeks in the keg, it has improved. Nothing spectacular but very drinkable.
