A moment in time...
The first pint poured from the tap after my big shed-refit project. The beer (Summer Breeze) is still a little hazy and not yet at it’s best but is still very very drinkable
My next challenge will be to make sure there’s some left for Christmas!

Nice .what's that made from..the black part?
It’s a rubber cap from my beer cooler. They fitted on the ends of the cooler and recirculation pipes (3/8). They fit perfectly into my silicone tubing - cool
Just a couple tonight as back to work tomorrow...but I've only got two day shifts to do...then off til January 4th!!!

Oh...I'm drinking the bottling dregs from today's bottling of the latest batch of CCC pale...it's super fruity and juicy tasting with a big tropical aroma too! It's very clear. Seems huge improvement of the first batch...only one thing changed and that's the yeast from US 05 to MJ west coast..

lamb's navy rum but i do have 12 guinness foreign extra stout arriving in the next hour or so. decent price on amazon at the moment if you like that sort of thing (and i do)

Before this forum changed ownership a few years ago, the owners organised an annual forum meet up for a weekend in a field with tents, masses of food, and of course enough homebrew to sink the Titanic. T'was a good old weekend
