I started on a simcoe IPA then a saison, repeat that again and then a stout next

It's lifting me after losing 20l of Tiny Rebel Cwtch after I knocked my fermenter off the bench while transferring to keg - felt really gutted

And broke the lid of the fermenter to boot

Seriously, it really hit me hard. I had just emptied a (hopefully) nearly finished Brut IPA that had oxidised.
I felt very 'muted' for the rest of the day.
I've cleaned up the shed apart from the omnipresent 'pub at 9am' smell that will go in time.

Planning a new brew for tomorrow.
The boss is out so I have a window for malty mischief.
I purchased a new Fermzilla from Angel Brew that arrived last week, prescient or what!

Be careful with the ideas, we might also end up with a belgian double lager too.

Testing out the oud bruin, it's a bit more sour than I remember and really drinkable.

Started the night with a Thornbridge/Firestone Walker West coast IPA 6.7%. very drinkable, nice and piney with a balanced bitterness.. nothing amazing but worth the purchase.
