This may sound stupid but is a bitter basically an English pale ale.

I think the lines are blurred now as bitter isn't very fashionable and have been rebadged as pale or golden ales.
I think bitter should be on the darker, chestnut colour with a distinctive taste...bitters are difficult to get right I recon.

It's a hazy pale ale that is 'fine'
Good for a session but not outstanding.

Just opened the first of the wheat beer...wow...I'm in love!

Also some redcurrant melomel, got a good crop from the redcurrant bush this year...sweeeeet

I had one of those last night. Wasn't good at all and ended up throwing some away. I had been on the deya beforehand though.

I quite like it.
Matching it with a Deya might have been a step too far though

It may have been a different one. I believe the one I had was 7.2% from lidl

That's the kiddie, I found it quite drinkable. But only a couple a session, it would get a bit tedious after that I feel.

For £2 it's not too shabby in my opinion. If it cost more I'd be expecting more from it.
