My other IPA has did an @hazelwood and dropped clear. It had 500g of flaked barely. The joy's

Nothing untoward there.
400g is quite alot of hops if its a 23L batch but it sounds like you are doing everything possible at packaging time, only thing I can think of is to dry hop a bit earlier maybe???

True it's a nice beer I sent one to Pennine so it will be interesting to see his review. I must send you my black IPA to see what you think of it. I have never had one so really have nothing to compare it to.
