There we go, the rest are now in the shed it will be even better next week only got 24 bottles should have been 30

This is my Ordinary Bitter after two weeks in the bottle, very happy as this will be going into an upcoming comp, good clarity, head retention and good carbonation. And best of all excellent taste and mouthfeel.

Having a sampler from my kegs as need one empty tomorrow and trying to work out what can be sacrificed/ transferred to bottles. This chocolate milk stout ( Velveteen) is looking vulnerable. It's been in there 15 months and barely a dent in it. Most folk have one half and decide that's enough. It doesnt seem off but it was a low abv beer so other than head retention it has not exactly improved either. Can I be arsed to do battle with beer gun and bottles or route 1 to sink?

Well it feels like the keg of Hophead clone will be kicked tomorrow if I work from home so the chocolate stout survives.

Just trying a second of my European larger concoction /belgian monster.
Well it's lovely already and strong, malty, smooth like a barley wine. Made up with this, carbonated nicely, great creamy mouthfeel. The 150g maltodextrin has worked wonders with this. Definitely not a session beer.
