A simply sensational stout

Drinking a HB DIPA made from left overs. Four base malts: Mainly Simpson's Extra Pale, but also Golden Promise, Pilsner and Wheat. I put in a touch of roasted barley too, since I've found it works well with Bitters and IPAs. It's hopped with Mosaic and Citra for 73 IBUs. Used Kveik Voss yeast at 37°C. 11 days from brew to bottling. OG 1.078 and FG 1.017. 8.1% ABV. Tastes nice. Still a bit hazy, but I'm guessing that's from the wheat malt.
