CML Tropical England is my go to summer beer, I’ve considered make it with just pale malt but I think on balance I prefer the wee bit of sweetness/maltiness that a wee bit of Munich and amber malt give so have continued to use the recipe Crossmyloof has on their website. Also there Māori Mingle hop blend also produce a really great beer if you feel like a change from Tropical England.

Another lambic tonight. I haven't had this one before. It’s a Lindemans Faro.
Weirdly enough a crowncap AND a cork on the bottle.

First test of the fermipan bread yeast beer fermented at 30c. Wow. It’s lovely. Nice malty aftertaste.

Latest brew on after best bitter kicked last night. 5% American Stout hopped with Chinook, Centennial & Idaho 7 hot side and a small Centennial dry hop

I used Horindial Kveik in my most recent batch (although I’ve also used Voss as well as Nottingham when the weather is a bit cooler).

I'm enjoying a refreshing craft IPA with a perfect balance of hoppy bitterness and citrusy notes. It's the ideal drink for a relaxing summer evening.

Had an Asahi with a Club sandwich in Warringah Mall after taking my grandson for a haircut and buying him new trainers. Then did the grocery shopping at the local Coles and guess what I came across in the bottlo next door (@foxy )....

How's it tasting

I think I'm happy with the balance of it..finished a touch higher on the gravity than planned so it's actually got a bit of body for the abv which is nice .

I’m in Northern Cyprus at the moment. The beer choice where we are is pretty limited so it’s lager (mostly Effes) or hefe. In this heat I don’t mind a cold lager.

Blonde. Getting into this a bit more now, but not sure Hallertau Blanc was the right dry hop choice.
