yeh that should get em going again, would prob be best to siphon off the "wine" on top and replace with some toxin aka booze free sugar and nutrient wash instead to keep the yeast happy
 
I've got some Old Rosie TC going, it's the third or fourth batch since I took the yeast from the OR bottle and grew it on. This batch has been fermenting for three weeks now and is still going (fairly steady - about two bubbles a minute). Does this suggest the yeast is getting tired, needs more nutrient etc. or just that the weather is getting a bit colder. It is in my office which is the warmest room in the house, currently 21C.
