This forum is new to me.
But just sold this to Beereagle - well his girlfriend actually..eBay item No.250969222671..and he mentioned this forum when he collected the Garage Brewery mk2....so thought I'd join..Never too late to learn....didn't know it was your birthday Mike but Many Happy Returns.
I've been brewing for most of my adult life on and off...with varying degrees of success...The Garage Brewery mk2 was my most successful so far...with hundreds of gallons of mainly stout brewed...mainly of the "Old Flatulent" variety. The water in Horsham seems particularly suited to dark beers.
Now constructing the Garage Brewery mk3 from www.theelectricbrewery.com...have bought most of the bits....importing them from the US...still gotta get the pumps, hoses and disconnects and the ventilation system sorted. Spent the weekend plumbing in the new brewery sink and tiling, oh and running the new 40mm waste under the floorboards and through the sleeper walls into the downstairs cloakroom...what a pain...
Should have it up and running in a month or so..wish me luck.... :
