Kegging my first brew in morning,Black Rock Nut Brown, Primary fermentation is complete at 1008, Have left for a week in FV to settle,
Just had a taste, and it sells and tastes fine, However it seems a little watery.

I made 23ltrs, and know l should have gone for around 20ltrs.
Is there anything l can do at this stage to make my beer seem a little less watery ?

Thanks All
Chris :hmm:

Your best bet at this stage is to keg it with the priming sugar and start the carbonation stage (in the warm for a couple of weeks). After this into the cold for a few more.
Try a sample once the beer is carbonated and you should get better mouthfeel and the beer will seem less watery.
The CO2 is an important factor in the beers "body".
Try to be patient as your beer will improve with longer conditioning time.
In the mean time, start your next brew! :thumb:

That is pretty much what l was going to do, with it been my first brew l wasnt sure what it should taste like at this stage.
Thanks for your advise
Chris
