This is my water profile if it’s accurate (from internet). Any advice on what treatment I should use. I have the ingredients for an all grain Sierra Nevada clone I’m going to do this weekend.

I don't know if that reported profile balances ionically, but it looks like a decent starting point. The alkalinity isn't very high and wouldn't require much acid to neutralize. The remainder of the ions are at low levels and can be substantially increased for a SNPA clone. I typically use the Pale Ale profile in Bru'n Water with it's 300 ppm sulfate content. That can be a bit much for some drinkers, so if you're not used to it, reducing the sulfate target to somewhere around 150 to 200 ppm should be a decent starting point.

I'm brewing this weekend and doing a NEIPA recipe from Brewfather. The recipe includes an addition of Gypsum of 5.2g.

What I did last time (with that SN clone) was just add the gypsum, CaCl and lactic acid from the recipe without any reference to my own water profile above. I also use campden powder to remove chlorine and chloramine.

Can anyone tell me if or how I can tailor recipes to match my water profile?
