What do i need to be looking at in my water supply, Portsmouth water provides a quite comprehensive PDF for each area and there’s so many items on there. I just dont know which i need to be looking at. TIA

For a simple solution, 99% of the time... Use Murphy's AMS to adjust hardness and for everything else there is Murphy's DWP. Both available from MM in small quantities.
