I have had bought for me a Coopers Mexican Cerveza kit, this is my first kit as i usually brew all grain. My question is what water should use, is it ok to use straight from the tap or should i take it the night before and treat with camdem tablets to rid the water of chlorine and chloramine. Also i have heard it can taste quite bland, i have thought of adding 25g Citra as a dry hop.

If your water is drinkable from the tap just treat with Camden tab...it only takes half hour or so to work.
The couple I done I did as per kit and dry hopped with saaz.
Very nice,easy drinking pseudo lager..

what quantity did you use, i was thinking of using a hope as opposed to dry hop.

I had always thought it worked nearly instantaneously.
