Overnight mash and crisps malt, sparge on the fly slowly at a rate of 1L/minute. :thumb:

What kind of dead space have you got in the MT and kettle? That will all count towards the final brew house efficiency figure.
I have lowered the ABV of this to a more respectable session beer strength 5.5%
