Found a few vodka kits but its only at 21% has anyone made anything that's is stronger

There's this that claims too ferment to 23% but i don't think you'll find a legal way to get any higher

Couldn't find any where specific for my question. So it's here. I'm sure a mod will move my post to the relate my section if its in the wrong place

I looked at this thread earlier and didn't reply for that reason!

It comes up every so often. Figured I'd chime in and head it off before it goes that far. :-)

Oh right. So is that why I'm being told my thread will be closed because its illegal .
If so why is there a section that says get the most out of yr hast for higher abv . Can I not do this to the vodka yeast. I know I can buy a machine to do it but would need a liecence .

Feel free to lock it. I'm doing no wron asking if there is a way. If there ain't a way the. A simple no would be a good answer. Or do you Perfure to get excited that my thread will be locked.

Distilling, without a licence, is illegal. That's why it's not up for discussion on the forum. The only legal way to get a high ABV, that you will be allowed to discuss here, is by fermentation only, with a high-alcohol tolerance yeast.

You can't get higher with yeast alone. The forum however, does not allow discussion of any other methods, as it is not legal and does not want the wrath of HMRC.

Please do not mention Distilling it is illegal and the discussion of it on the forum is not tolerated. If it does get mention the thread will be deleted and warnings issued against the offending poster. So please be warned.

This thread has is now being monitored by the Moderation team.
