Well its been in the dark now for a while so thought I'd give it a check, temps have been very high everywhere so no idea if it stayed cool or now.

Beer smells like beer, nice froth to it when tapped off.

OG seems around 1010, these hydrometers are rubbish though you can't see the scale very well :) Maybe I'll get a decent one. Not tasted it yet as moving it shook it up , it smelt really nice though and makes me want to taste but I MUST RESIST :)

Go on taste it
Ive had a IPA in the secondry for a couple of days, just moved it to a cornie. forced corbonated it, pulled off a pint, then another. all in all it only about two weeks old but very drinkable. Maybe a little bit to drinkable.

Mmmm ok then* :) I'll let it settle for an hour or so first :)

*Owwwwww, thats my arm being twisted.

Mmmm I'm not sure. It has a funny taste like its not ready yet, back it goes in the dark I think for a few more weeks.

well it tasted like beer :) not to bad at all, very nice mellow flavours, no horrid after taste or anything. Its back in the dark now for four weeks. Mmmm can't wait.

If it tastes like beer on the first effort, then its been a success!

:D
