Usable bottles?

Hi all
I’m just on with my first red wine. So I’m wanting to give a few smallish tasters out. As anybody tried Budweiser 330ml twist top bottles? For reseal

Are you going to put the original caps back on or normal new crown cap. I found twist tops to be awkward for recapping, I think because they chip, and I always throw them

I don't advise the use of screw-top beer bottles, but I've used ordinary 500ml beer bottles for long term storage of wine and the wine has stayed okay for a couple of years.
