That is true keeping it at a lower temp would help, and easier at this time of year. It does however produce esters at the 20c mark, well it does whenever I use it. :thumb: :thumb:
 
To be fair I had a sneaky bottle of my AG3 IPA last night less than two weeks in the bottle and I was impressed! I fermented this with notty between 17-19deg and I can't really notice any esters.
Wilkos ale yeast is exactly the same as notty isn't it?
