Chase spring: (I use for beer liquor)

Magnesium 12
Sodium 8
Potassium 2.5
Bicarbonate 135

Asda GB4 (which I use for star-san as ASHBECK is hard to get in my area)

I like the idea of making your own water work for you, seeing it has a lot of the minerals you want in your beer to start with.
My best beers so far have had additions of minerals at the lower end of the recommended scale.
