Two questions from Barley Way

Hello all. If i end up having the day off on Friday i shall be in the shed (defo no tv for me). I have a couple of q's that are on my mind.
1. When kegging a stout do i still need to add sugar. If yes, what amount for 23l?
2. Planning to try the Big Kenny but i don't think my LHBS has any Bobek Hops. What would you recomend as an alternative?

1. I would suggest about 80g for a 23 litre batch of stout.
2. Aren't Bobek Styrian Goldings? If so, I'd go for EKG.
