Going to try a turbo cider but want to flavour it and stick it on draught rather than naturally carb.

Do I just put the lowiczs in after ferment, chill and carb or some other way?

Hoping to serve from tap.
 
How are you going to carb it if not naturally ?

In that case you'll need to kill the yeast before adding the lowicz or it'll start fermenting again naturally...

You could use wine stopper (potassium sorbate) for this
