Greetings,
I would like to get feedback if you would choose the traditional S tube (left) or the bottle tube (right)??

Thanks,
Clive

I believe the "S" type is called the Sommelier but will stand corrected if it is not.
Re use I prefer the large bottle shaped air locks as they are much quieter in use, the S type make a loud plopping noise while the bottle type are virtually silent compared to.

When I started brewing years ago I used neither! Just kept the lid on loose. Since then I've used the bottle one on the right. The bubbler just strikes me as a bit fiddly and I could never see the advantage to something that is simple and easy to clean and sanitise.

Blow off tube. Into two 2l bottles coupled together to prevent suckback when cold crashing. I use 2 kegland Carbonation T connectors with carbonation caps to link the two bottles
