After reading blogs, checking websites and watching loads of youtube videos I've finally taken the plunge and ordered a Coopers micro brew kit. So I'll probably be back on here soon after it arrives asking loads of questions
I plan on keeping the fermenter in a cupboard where our hot water tank is, would this be a good place for it?

Thanks

Any thing around the 18 - 22 mark is ok, you don't really want to go any higher though.

the hot water tank cupboard is a bad idea it get too warm any room in the house will do this time of year

Ah, your probably right. I just took a reading in my room and it's sitting at 18c right now, it would have been hard to get access to it in the cupboard anyway.

Congrats! You're going to love it. Coopers makes excellent kits, too.

Hope it goes well hippytyre. Just try and keep the temp constant and you will get good results. :thumb:
