Just started my second kit, Coopers Canadian Blonde. Made a schoolboy error. Two litres of boiling water to dissolve a kilo of brew enhancer. Added the tin into fermenter and then poured another boiling litre into can and then another boiling litre as I know five litres of boiling will give me around 23 degrees topped up. Reading the scale on the side of the fermenter took it to well over what I thought it should be and I assumed the scale was marked incorrectly. I then added water up to 23l but obviously haven't calculated the 1.7l contents of the can so its at 25l. Is there anything I can do at this stage or am I stuck with a thin weak brew.
Any help gratefully received.

Not sure there is a lot you can do but then again, I don't think an extra 2 litres will make a great difference...10% less ABV at worst but 2 litres more than planned.

Every cloud...
