Too long in primary??

Seemed to be going well - had apples and damsons in primary for 3 days, added yeast with intention of moving to demi's a day later. Circumstances beyond my control meant I couldn't until 3 days later....

Seems to be fermenting VERY slowly.... Have a heat belt on trying to keep temp constant.

Have I missed the boat or will things pick up?
