Today we made a belgian blond

mash tun nearly full

in to boiler

adding hops

end of boil nice clear wort

1060 gravity not as strong as we would like but restricted sparge due to no room left

having a glass of pale ale we brewed 2 weeks ago

the wlp 500 trappist yeast starter made up on thursday

good frothy wort
