I dunno, just coz it's christmas and She will need lots of space in the kitchen and People Might Come Round [1], I've had to move everything out of the kitchen and dining rooms. The mixed berry wine that was quite happy by the dining room rad is now in the water bath. The 2 melomels got strained a day early and are now also down in the waterbath. Tomorrow I need to rack the redcurrant+ onto stabiliser and take it downstairs too. Unless I magically find time to actually bottle it - been clear as a bell for a while but still managing the odd bubble so have let it run. And then all the odd bits of gear and chemicals I never got round to tidying away...
Plus I need to get the bramble rum and rassy vodka and sloe gin off the fruit and into bottles.

[1] PeopleMightComeRound is our annual excuse to stock up on various spirits. We avoid inviting anybody[2], so we get to drink them ourselves. BUT Costco didn't have Maker's Mark this year!!!

[2] Except we always have Ange & Iain over, and this year 2 or 3 others the same day. 8way cider taste test (yeast comparisons), followed by "which of these home made wines/meads/flavoured spirits would you like to try? (or owt else on the shelves)".
Won't be getting up for karate class the morning after that one.

 I have to move everything too. It's all up in the spare bedroom, so hopefully nobody will want to stay.
