I've never tried this before but would like to give it a go. Do I just throw the Rye in with the malted barley mash or do I have to do a seperate (lower temperature) mash then add it to the bulk of the grain bill mash (like I do with a Glucan mash when using rolled oats)?
Any help, or tips for a recipe, would be appreciated.
