Can you tell the difference between becks 20 years ago and becks now. Can you tell the difference between Bitburger and Grafenwalder? Which one is brewed with pure mountain spring water. And tennent's lager tasted better 20 years ago as well.

This x3 ------> :drink: :drink: :drink:

I prefer ale as well, but German beer is good. You can't beat a jug of the old nectar on a hot summers day. I've tasted Warsteiner out of the tap near to where it is brewed and it was splendid. Bitburger, Jever also good. Becks is not as good as it used to be. Not a fan of the belgian beers much either, dutch beer is also mostly **** owing to the local water quality I think, but if you can find the right pub Amstel, Heineken can be refreshing
