Website now shows Pembroke centre, Cheney Manor industrial Estate.
Which must be near the excellent Cheney Manor Garden Centre.
Great, as far as I'm concerned, on the way to B & Q too!

I can see some slight deviations from my daily commute in my future :thumb:

:drink:

Only made a couple of orders but was happy with both the products and service, will be making more orders soon, all the best with the move :thumb:

Many thanks for all your comments and support, we are now moved.

A few updates:-

We have changed our courier to DPD, they will now handle all deliveries above 600g. They are, in our experience, the best courier there is, as they will text or email the recipient and give a 1 hour window as to when the delivery will be made. When the recipient receives the text/email they are able to offer instruction such as, leave with neighbour, delivery tomorrow etc.

Saturday deliveries are now available at a reasonable cost and are an option using the drop down box at checkout and are charged at £10.20. This service is available for most of the UK

Almost all sacks of malt will now be delivered in boxes.

Taking the above into account you would expect a raise in shipping cost but for most deliveries the price has actually come down as we can now send up to 30kg for £7.20 instead of the old rate of £7.99.

Do please note that we have had to change the cut off time for next day deliveries to Mid Day. Once we are settled in our new premises we will be taking on extra staff and will revert to 2pm.

Cheers

Rob

if you pay traveling costs Rob I'm available 4 days per week ......

Using DPD is a great move. The 1 hour window with the ability to track the driver's position almost in real time is brilliant. They also get here about the same time (based on 2 recent deliveries) and as it's around lunchtime it misses both school runs. I will be ordering more malt from you soon. Is there any chance you'll ever do free delivery above a certain order size like some of your competitors?

most will just add price onto cost of grain....aint nowt free.

I prefer to be more transparent, charging the least I can for the products. That way everyone gets the best deal. I will be doing more special offers though and am about to have a big hop sale.

Oh no, I have too many hops already but I'm sure I won't be able to resist.

That is true. I think MM's prices for a 25kg sack of MO are the cheapest I've seen. Plus he freshly crushes it and will do it finer for BIAB.

When will that be - I'll get my order in for that.

A man can never have to many hops.

Ooooo hop sale! Do you have a newsletter / mailing list?

This will be one of the new things that I will be happening. A monthly newsletter with info on products but also hop of the month and a recipe of the month, these will be sold on special offer for the month but retained on the site so you can buy it again.
