I hope we're not going to get some knobhead on TV telling us that the heat is proof of global warming.

Dream on - they've been at it for 30 years so are unlikely to stop now. You'll never get one of the thousands of 'climate scientists' to admit the truth, they'd all be shelf-stacking or flipping burgers. Do turkeys vote for Xmas?

Was 29 degrees hereyesterday now 15 degrees and raining since 11o'clock today.

Yup, went out yesterday morning for the day. Didn't take anything in the way of jacket as it was pretty hot when we left.Ended up around 15/16c for the rest of the day:doh:.
More warmth and sunshine please weather men:thumb::lol:

Guy on telly just said terrible thunderstorms breaking out widely tonight and tomorrow. Ye right, we'll get sod all as usual and I'll be left enviously watching flood footage on the news. It still feels like a thousand degrees here and I can't be bothered to do a thing except lay in my darkened room.

and our shower keeps throwing up error 20 on the panel:-?

won't be able to get an engineer in till midweek at the earliest :-?

Check the error code with your model online.Done this a few times for various people and can be down to something as simple as a board and can be fixed at a fraction of the cost.

Apparently some American guy said " If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen!

So I took his advice , went in the garden and it was even hotter out there!

Last time I listen to yanks about the weather, they should stick to talking about the Kardashians, that's what they are good at!

I couldn't get my wort below 24° yesterday but I pitched it onto the trub of my last brew (a Neales Ale Yeast.) It's bubbling away so it was the right decision.

Still cracking the pavements around here, sun like being in a nuclear blast. What happened to the washout weekend? Weathermen - not fit for purpose. Coming on telly like that with their bloody shirt and tie and cheesy grins spouting utter s***e on a daily basis and getting away with it. No, it's not right.

I have 52 litre's of wort in chill cubes needing to be transferred to fermenters but the garage is only cooling as it was up between 26/28 degrees.

Yeah done that GJ. 20 is air in pump. I think its the warmer weather and a bit of re soldering on the board is needed. I have been given a procedure to try, but it didn't work. :-(

still I've had it for 7 years not a bad run in our house for stuff to last.

My motorbike started smoking yesterday. A leaking valve guide seal for sure. No room in the shed to dismantle so gotta be done outside. But the rains have come after praying for it all weekend. No doubt it'll be dry the moment I have to be elsewhere. Bad timing - not happy.
