I like the sound of the very clean and neutral and leaving all the hop aromas and its flocculant but for my brewery one of the main characteristcs a yeast has to have is that it's fast fermenting yeast, which notty certainly is. But M44 sounds good to keep in mind. I may well give it a go. Thanks for the info :hat:
Well worth a go at some point. It does attenuate really well, and quickly, but it does need that time to clean up after itself.
