He might be passable at kicking a ball but he seem a bit lacking in the thinking department. What did he think would happen to a high profile person admitting breaking lock down more than once

"Manchester City and England defender Kyle Walker says he feels he is "being harassed" after it was reported he had broken social distancing rules again.

Walker, 29, confirmed he went to Sheffield to see his sister on Wednesday to give her a birthday present and hugged her.

He then admitted he travelled to his parent's house to "pick up some home-cooked meals" "

Not the smartest move by Kyle but i wonder how many are caught doing similar things and don't make the news because they are not millionaire football players.

Part of the problem is that millionaire footballers are for better or worse role models so need to think (although kyle seems to have trouble doing this) how their actions will be viewed and possibly emulated

He plays for the wrong manager Kloppo would make him a world super star at best he's average:tinhat::tinhat:

Average

Do you honestly believe Kyle would leave Pep to join Clippety Klopp, he is doing fine, he joined in 2017.

I think Wales will be a bit more cautious than England, but we'll see exactly what the announcement will be for England on Sunday

The big difference between Wales and Scotland is the proximity of the population to England, it's a lot easier for Scotland to credibly maintain a policy that's significantly different to England.

I'd suggest that's an argument in favour of England maintaining lockdown measures.

My post wasn't clear. The population density in England is a good reason for them not to reduce measures too hastily.

True. I think the press have messed it up for BJ's sunday announcement as they were full of 'end of lockdown' headlines yesterday. Now everyone is thinking well if it's ending soon I may as well go out now. I went out for supplies earlier and the streets are very crowded because it's so sunny and warm

Confusing the message is such a big danger. A journalist made a good point the other day that Hancock, Raab et al. need to be clearer that they are speaking for England only at their daily briefing, as the Covid response is a devolved matter.

I have lost count of the number of my patients who've asked who they're meant to listen to if the PM relaxes measures.

Yes and it looks likes I can finally finish tidying the garage and took the rubbish to the tip.
He (MD) still hasn't replied to my email to him about how silly his cycling rule was. But hey ho - I get to go to the tip and buy the wrong flowers at a garden center much to my mrs. annoyance. She's the only family contact for her elderly parents. So I do all the shopping trips.
