After a trip down the tesco's drinks isle a couple of days ago I came across a beverage described as "Exotic Juice". On closer inspection it was a mixture of apple, orange, pineapple, banana, passion fruit and mango juices.
I decided to try a gallon of it and so added an amount of Youngs Cider yeast and some nutrient to a DJ of the juice to see what happens. I am aiming for something more in the vein of a Turbo Cider than a wine, hence the no added sugar.
On day three this thing in fermenting like an absolute nutcase and has spit more pulp out of the airlock than one would believe possible  I'm attributing the large amount of pulpy sediment to the banana.
Anyway, the lava lamp effect is kicking in now and the airlock has been replaced for a blow off tube so will keep you posted on the results.
