I saw an advert in out local paper for Tesco showing all ingredients you would need to make a Curry (or whatever you fancy) which is great for someone as clueless as me, i did a little digging and found this -

I'm a big fan of "how to" cooking sites...it's surprising how many people who would love to cook something are confused or too scared to have a go!
Get in there! Do it!

Cooking is a breeze... Bread, toaster, Marmite.... sorted! (if anyone wants a more detailed recipe let me know)

LED-ZEP's suggestion : great. I was hungry. Now getting desperate. (2 days later). Do I need to switch anything on ? The bread has started to curl !

You can skip the toaster part of the recipe and just apply the Marmite straight to the bread. Besides if it's been sat for two days it'll be quite crispy anyway.

Does Marmite attract slugs? I've got lots of them in my garden and I go out every evening on a slug-and-snail hunt. I've got a couple of slug-pubs which work when filled with yeasty beer, but I'd prefer to use the beer on me rather than on the local wildlife. On the other hand slugs are horrible things, and Marmite is equally horrible stuff, so I just thought that maybe the two would go together.
What do you do with the toast when you've put Marmite on it? Does that attract slugs? Seems a waste of good bread to me.

I think this is the best site for that: https://www.greatbritishchefs.com/

A lot of recipes also have videos which makes it even easier. Just don't filter to hard - some of the stuff on there is a bit crazy. There's also a link to Italian at the top but I guess quick cook pasta and sacla pesto isn't one of the recipe options.
