My missus bought 2 of these for me from Amazon.

They were on offer at the time @ 90p delivered. I kid you not. Must admit I didn't think they would turn up or would be useless if they did.
They turned up about a month later and seem to be accurate to within 0.5 degrees. I use it for sample temps and the like to save plugging in the Inkbird.

Oh, and with that Inkbird you can automate the process if you have an electric boiler can't you? Wish I'd noticed this when I was wiring wiring up my fridge - would have been able to use it for both wouldn't I?

If you want to do this make sure you check the rating on the relays relative to your boiler element. I planned to do this but the 308 is only rated for 10A which means I can't use it as is with the 2.4kw elements in my pot.
