does it matter what temp the secondary vessel has to be stored in? can i keep the secondary in my shed? then bottle after 2 weeks?

also i tryed useing a hydrometer on my wow cider and the hydrometer sank to the bottom. does this mean i wasnt successful in producing alcohol?

I'm no pro, far from it, however I'd say something not right there your hydro will sink lower in alcohol because its less dense than water (or the must for example, it'll float higher here because of the dissolved sugar making it more dense) but shouldn't go all the way to the bottom of your vessel.

The fact it sank all the way, I've seen that happen in a demo video where a guy dropped it in 70% rubbing alcohol and it sank like a stone, maybe try another hydro if you have one or test the one you have in water and see if it floats around the 1 mark

Yeah I never noticed this was a month old... Oops...
