I've been listening to these podcasts for a couple of days now whilst I've been working. I have learnt a hell of a lot that will improve my brewing, and they dispell many of the home brew myths flying around.
It's presented by 2 of the top names in American home brewing (John Palmer and Jamil Zainasheff) and they get guests on like Chris White from whitelabs and the guy from 5 star cleaning products. There's info for beginners and advanced brewers, and I really think a lot of people on this forum would glean some useful info; especially given the recent discussions on sanitization and yeast starters.
I've even started downloading them to my iPod so I can listen to them when I'm walking to the shops! :ugeek:
I'd definitely recommend the podcasts on:
Cleaning
Sanitizing
Bottling and Kegging (really good piece about the "secondary fermentation myth")
Sparging
Yeast Starters
The boil
Melanoidins
There's a podcast about brewing kit beers which I havent listened to yet, but I reckon it's worth a listen if you brew from kits.
