Tale of two Wherry's

Hi All,

Last Sunday I made up two wherry kits at the same time, one is in the standard brew bucket, one is in a more upright fermenter bought from Wilko's.
The one in the bucket stopped bubbling on Friday, but the one in the tall fermenter is still bubbling away every min or so.

Is it normal for two identical kits made at the same time using same method implements and stored in the same place to behave differently ?
The only difference is the fermentation vessels.

Any ideas, cause for concern ?

One of the FVs has a decent seal, the other doesn't.
Check the gravity in both and they'll likely be the same.
